During high-volume periods, dispatch may take slightly longer. If we anticipate any significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

UK Delivery Options:

Next Day Shipping: 1–2 business days
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Free Standard Shipping on orders over £75

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking becomes active once scanned by the courier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
Opulent Apparel is not liable for these additional charges.

Damaged, Missing or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged items until the claim process is complete.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier immediately.
Once a package has been marked as delivered, responsibility lies with the courier.

We will assist where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for issues occurring after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
