Shipping Information

 

Order Processing

  • All orders aimed to be processed within 2 business days.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times will depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over £75.
  • We offer the following domestic shipping options:
    • Next Day Shipping: [1-2 business days]
    • Standard Shipping: [3-5 business days]

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number. The tracking number will become active once the item has been shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Opulent Apparel is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Opulent Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • In case of any issues after the package has been shipped, please contact the courier directly to resolve the matter. We will provide any necessary information to assist with the claim process, but we cannot be held responsible for any issues beyond the handover to the courier.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to resolve the issue. Once the package has been marked as delivered, it is the courier’s responsibility.
