To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for returning items to us unless ReturnGuard is selected at checkout.

If your return is accepted, you will receive full instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without following the return steps will not be accepted.
