Returns & Exchanges

Thanks for shopping at Opulent Apparel, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 business days (Monday – Friday) to return/exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You are responsible for returns to us.

The Customer has a responsibility to provide and maintain in sound condition, all external and internal elements of their premises to enable the safe and secure delivery.  

To start a return, please click here and use your order email to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without following the steps above will not be accepted.
